Another Purple Tote

When I took the purple sewing tote to my Stretch class to deliver it to my friend who had ordered it from me another member ask if I had anymore of the purple fabric. I told her I did and she ask for a tote for a friend for Christmas too. She told me what writing she wanted on it and I ask about the design. She said it did not matter. I had this design already stitched for a tote someday so I used it. I think she will be delighted with it. I know I love it and I think the oval with the rick-rack looks great too. I love the rick-rack as a trim.

A close up view of the stitching. Sometimes it pays to have some stitching done ahead.

  1. I love your purple tote....love the stitching. did you stitch that yourself? If so, where can I learn to stitch letters, just plain simple letters. Love your stitches around the stitchery....the receiver will love it.
