Re-Blooming Iris and Knit Scarf

This is the re-blooming Iris I showed the other day. The first bloom died and these were tight buds. I did not know if they would open in the house but just look at them. There is still 1 more to open but these 3 are beautiful. It has been cold and windy here today and just looking at them made me feel better.

This is a scarf I have been knitting on for awhile. I am not sure what I will do with it yet but it never hurts to have an extra gift handy. You never know when you might need one on short notice. I love the color blue of this yarn and it is very soft too.

  1. Wow...the Irises look great! We can't grow then here...too hot!! And the scarf looks pretty. I can't knit either!! I break the needles..I knit too tight! Lucky I can patchwork!! I'm posting the finished result of my round robin borer on Sunday. I'm so excited that I have actually finished on time with a day to spare!! Yeah...and now I will move on to another unfinished one! lol...Rainbow smiles Gloria

  5. It seems like your Iris's have lasted awhile.. Nice to have them bloom in the house. The scarf is lovely too and I'm sure someone will be so happy with it.
