My Tote Finished

I have been planning this tote for awhile now. With some ideas from Terry about the stitching design. I did the stitching. Then I went to find the trim and buttons. The fabric is an old VIP fabric given to me by a friend. It was his mom's.

I added a pocket on each side. The one on the right is for my water bottle. The one on the left could be used for keys or my cell phone.

This is the stitching up close. It really is straight across. This picture makes it look crooked.

And finally the finished bag. I also put a piece of foam core in the bottom to give it some body. What do you think? Could I have done anything different to make it better? I am always open for suggestions.
