Sit Down Time

I have had some sit down time the last few days because of a pinched nerve in my hip. These are the things I did while sitting on the heating pad. I was playing with a few crochet motifs I got out of a library book. I made the one on the left into an ornament for my monthly swap.

This was an easy stitchery I had traced last week. I am not sure what I will use it for yet but I am sure I will find a use for it.

And lastly 2 knitted ski caps. I had the tan one started before the sit down time, so I finished it and did the brown one. It is a very simple K2, P2 pattern.

I am feeling better tonight but it is still a little tender if I move wrong. I am sure it will be fine soon.

  9. OUCH!!! That soesn't sound like fun! It is a good thing that you have lots to keep your hands busy while you rest the hip. I have always loved the little motifs. I am hoping that you will not need those warm caps much longer!!!!
