Comforter For A Special Friend

This is a lap size comforter I made for a special friend. She does not get around very well so I hope this will keep her warm as she sits in her chair. She will not need it right now because it is summer here but I wanted to do something special for her. I do not make quilts because they need to be more accurate than my hands will allow. I also tie my comforters because I do not hand or machine quilt anymore. But they are made with lots of love. I still need to make a label for it and I will do that later today.

  9. That quilt is lovely and your friend will be comforted and delighted. I'd remove the comment from MinB2139 as it contains links to places you do not want to go. I've sent you an e-mail.

  12. I found you from In Stitches - what a lovely blog you have. I love all the pictures - and I must admit that's the first black wedding dress I've ever seen. She does pull it off well, especially with the red. Good for them. And the little fawn, how cute it is. I'll be back.
