Flowers

Shirley's flowers across the street. This is another double Poppy.

These are single Poppies of the same kind.

This is her white rose bush.

My flowers. This Clematis was moved to my son's last year and back here this spring and it is now in bloom. This is the first one and it is smaller than it used to be but I am sure it will bloom larger next year.

This is the bloom on my Hosta.

My day Lily.

This is my Honey Suckle Vine. Boy does it smell good.

I do not know what these purple flowers are but they are pretty.

This is the same flower with my Sun Drops.

  1. The flowers look great! (Sorry.. I didn't read the actual post, LOL. I'm here on a mission!)

I saw this and thought of you... When I read it, I found it very charming and creative and my bells and whistles went off in my brain that I had to share this with you! I hope you like it! Here's the link:

  2. Just read the post, LOL... I've always loved lilies (right up there with bleeding hearts), but I think I just fell in love with your Clematis! I don't think I've ever seen one before and certainly never knew the name if I did! That's just gorgeous!!!

And, THANK YOU for saying "Honey Suckle Vine"! Now I know what grows on my parents' fence! LOL... And maybe why there are always so many bees around it, waiting to attack me when I go to retrieve the cat or one of the dogs when they're lying beneath it for shade. LOL.

  3. Do the butterflies and hummingbirds go by your honeysuckle vine? They go by mine and I so enjoy seeing that! I love all the flowers you have shown. Thanks for sharing such beauty with us.
