I am feeling somewhat better. My therapy is going well and I gave up the ankle braces this morning. Figured out that if I put a belt on my jeans and loop a strap with a buckle on it over my belt and through the top strap in my knee brace I can keep it from slipping down my leg when I walk. I did a half mile at the Rec. Center and then 2 hours later did therapy. I am tired tonight but feel good about what I did today. I also put on my own shoes and socks for the first time since I fell on the 17th. of March this morning.Everyone have a good week.
