Shopping For Me!

I had gift cards from Christmas I had not used and JoAnn's had a good sale on these things plus 20% off for seniors day. I have been wanting a larger mat for a long time, this one is double the size of my old one, and a 12 1/2 inch square ruler. The rotory cutter blade was not on sale nor was the fusible interfacing but I needed them. I am a happy sewer today.

    Congratulations on your new stuff! I've heard you can buy the rotary cutter blades at Lowe's...they're made to go in a carpet cutter but they work just as good, and they're much cheaper. That's where I'm going next time I need one! :0)

    JoAnn's has a senior day?!? When do they do that? I don't see that at the one I shop at. I can now get a senior discount at Hancock Fabrics on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. I have not taken advantage of that yet. I need to sometime.

    Your gift card was very good to you ,and senior day is awsome, I like those discount!! When i works at the quilt shop, The owner of the shop got me the big cutting mat and i love it , it stay on my cutting tables but i like the small one for sm. project.I really like the sq. ruler for squaring up my blocks..
