Nativity and Fabric

Terry and Emily came up today to help us set up the Nativity our church puts out every year.  We have put it up for many years.  It is an annual event for us.  It was cold today but not windy or snowing.  We have set it up the day after Thanksgiving in some really nasty weather and a few nice weather times too.  This is the roof of the building Emily is holding.

Here Terry and Emily are waiting for hubby to get things ready.

Hubby fixing Baby Jesus in his bed.

Terry is shaking out the straw for the manger.

Putting things in place.

The workers after it was finished.

Terry also helped me pick out the fabric for her next sew along which will start in Jan.  She was also nice enough to cut all my squares for me.  I pressed the fabric and she cut it.  Now when Jan. comes I will be ready.  She has such good color sense and I love what she picked out.  Thanks again so much Terry.

  1. You're welcome! We had a great time doing the nativity, and I can't wait to see your quilt blocks come together. Your quilt is going to be so pretty! :0)
