Silly Cat, Planting and Flowers

That silly yellow cat next door jumped into the now leaved out Trumpet Vine yesterday with just a little more trouble because he had no strong limbs to land on.

This is a Lilac bush I got from Eric and Terri for Mother's day.  I forgot to take a picture of it then and post it

We planted the Lilac and 3 Butterfly Bushes in this row where we had 3 Rose of Sharon already planted.  Some day it will be just 1 long bed but we are to get rain today and right now the humidity is very high and not good for either of us to be working in.

This is what is blooming now.

  1. oooh lovely piccies. Love the picture of the cat; He obviously thought it was a pussy willow and he wanted to be a catkin xx (not rude: it is a real tree...not sure if it is a very English phrase or you have the same kind of willows over there xx)
