Busy Day

I have been busy today getting these 3 little angels ready for a trip by mail. Just need to wrap them for the ride and box them up. Will try to get them in the mail tomorrow.

Also made this batch of Peanut Brittle I have orders for part of it. It needs broken into pieces and bagged yet to be delivered on Monday.

I have to take some of my breads out of the freezer for our Christmas this Sunday. We are doing it early because Terry's family will be going to her hubby's side of the family on Christmas day this year. Next year we will have Christmas Day. We alternated Thanksgiving and Christmas so that neither family has both holidays any one year. We will have Thanksgiving next year on ther weekend probably. Going to our son's on Sunday. He has a nice house and a lot more room than I do but he also lives in the lower part of the snow belt here in Ohio. I do not think we are suppose to get any snow till the first of next week that amounts to anything.

  1. Someone over here is excited about those angels....whohoooooo

sounds like a wonderful set up. I often wonder what it would be like to be near family during the holidays. we had it a few times but family fueding ruined it.

  2. Emily will be so happy to get some more peanut brittle! I'm sure the angels will be very happy in their new home! :0)

  3. Those angels are darling, Tudy! Ohhh, my gosh, fresh peanut brittle ... I am envious!!

    Have a lovely winter's eve ~

  4. You make such pretty AND such yummy things!!! Enjoy your family Christmas this weekend!

  5. Love the angels!!! Peanut brittle is my favorite of all candies!

  6. Cute angels! The peanut brittle looks good too. Good idea to alternate holidays. We supposed to have two chances of more snow before the day, with another chance on Christmas Eve. BLECH. Stay safe!

  7. Your goodies look yummy. Have a lovely time with your family. Merry Christmas
